NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Incorporated Village of Old Brookville on February 24, 2021 at 6:00 P.M. at the Village Hall, 201 McCouns Lane in said village to consider the following:
Appeal of Stacey Golia for a variance of the provisions of Section 300.13, B of the Village of Old Brookville Zoning Code to permit existing driveway entry gates being 8’-2” high rather than the maximum height permitted of 6’- 6” and driveway entry gate piers being 7’- 7” high rather than the maximum height permitted of 6’- 6”.
Said property is located at 62 Chicken Valley Road, shown on the Land and Tax Map of Nassau County as Section 22, Block F2, Lots 570, 606 and located in the Villages Residential 3 Acre Zoning District (R-3A).
Said application is on file and open to public inspection by appointment at the Village Hall, 201 McCouns Lane, Old Brookville, New York between the hours of 9:30 A.M. and 1:30 Monday – Friday until the time of the hearing when all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. Please note, due to COVID-19 concerns the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold the hearing virtually using the Zoom Application (Zoom Meeting ID: 842 6944 2184 Passcode: 307045), a platform which will enable interested parties to watch a livestream of the hearing on the platform in compliance with the Executive Order 202.1, as subsequently extended. The public will only have virtual access to the hearing through the use of the Zoom Application. Such notice shall be posted on the Village’s website at http://oldbrookville.net. All interested parties should also contact the Village Clerk, Sandra Albro, at 516-671-4664 the day of the hearing to confirm the location.
