NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before and by the Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Old Brookville, Nassau County, New York Via Zoom Application on Monday, November 16, 2020 at 6:30 p.m.
The hearing will be on whether to enact proposed Local Law A-2020, entitled “Security Gates,” which will amend Chapter 240, “Streets and Public Places,” Section 245-17, “Streets,” of Chapter 245, “Subdivision of Land,” and Section 300-13, “Fences, walls, piers, gates and gate posts,” of Chapter 300, “Zoning,” of the Code of the Village of Old Brookville to regulate the erection or maintenance of gates in roads and streets.
A copy of the proposed Local Law A-2020 is on file at the Village Hall located at 201 McCouns Lane, Old Brookville, New York, where it may be reviewed between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. by appointment during usual business days until the time of the hearing.
All interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard at said hearing.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before and by the Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Old Brookville, Nassau County, New York via Zoom Application on Monday, November 16, 2020 at 6:30 p.m.
The hearing will be on whether to enact proposed Local Law B-2020, entitled “Stop Sign Removal,” which will amend Section 280-3, “Stop intersections” to Chapter 280, “Vehicles and Traffic,” of the Code of the Village of Old Brookville to remove the stop intersection with stop sign on a private road leading to Simonson Road in between Woodfield Lane and Valentines Lane.

Via Zoom Application to consider and take action upon a proposed contract to be entered into between the Incorporated Village of Old Brookville and the Glenwood Hook and Ladder, Engine & Hose Company, Inc. This contract is for the period January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021 and obligates the Village to pay for fire protection during said period.
