NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the provisions of Section 104 of the Public Officers Law that the Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Old Brookville, will hold a meeting Via ZOOM Application on Thursday, April 14, 2022 at 6:30 pm.

The Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Old Brookville will hold a public hearing to consider the tentative Village Budget for the fiscal year 2022-2023. The tentative budget shows no compensation to any member of the Board of Trustees.

The tentative budget is on file with the Village Clerk at the Village Hall and is open to public inspection between the hours of 9:30 am and 1:30 pm Monday through Friday until the date of the hearing when all interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before and by the Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Old Brookville, Nassau County, New York on Thursday, October 28, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. at the Village Hall located at 201 McCouns Lane, Old Brookville, New York 11545.

The hearing will be on whether to enact proposed Local Law B-2021, entitled “Cannabis Dispensaries,” which will opt the Village of Old Brookville out of allowing, licensing or establishing retail cannabis dispensaries and/or on-site cannabis consumption establishments within the Village of Old Brookville. This law is subject to a permissive referendum.

A copy of the proposed Local Law B-2021 is on file at the Village Hall located at 201 McCouns Lane, Old Brookville, New York 11545, where it may be reviewed between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. during usual business days until the time of the hearing.

The meeting is being held in accordance with 2021 Sess. Law News of N.Y. Ch.417 (s. 50001), the public will only have virtual access to the meeting through the use of Zoom (Zoom ID: 844 0050 7962 Passcode: 190723), a platform which will enable residents to watch a livestream of the meeting on the platform or to call in and listen to the meeting.
