NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday April 19, 2021 at 6:30 pm The Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Old Brookville will meet and hold a public hearing to consider the tentative Old Brookville Police Department Budget for the fiscal year 2021-2022. The tentative budget shows no compensation to any member of the Old Brookville Board of Trustees nor to any Commissioner appointed to the Old Brookville Board of Police Commissioners.
The tentative budget is on file with the Village Clerk at the Village Hall and is open to public inspection by appointment between the hours of 9:30 am and 1:30 pm Monday through Friday until the date of the hearing when all interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard. Please call 516 671-4664 if you wish to schedule an appointment to view the tentative Old Brookville Police Department Budget.
Please note, due to COVID-19 concerns the Board of Trustees meeting will be held virtually using the Zoom Application (Zoom Meeting ID: 853 6394 9303 Passcode: 184638), a platform which will enable interested parties to watch a livestream of the hearing on the platform in compliance with the Executive Order 202.1, as subsequently extended. The public will only have virtual access to the hearing through the use of the Zoom Application. Such notice shall be posted on the Village’s website at https://oldbrookville.net. All interested parties should also contact the Village Clerk, Sandra Albro, at 516-671-4664 the day of the hearing to confirm the location.

A link to the hearing will also be posted the Old Brookville website (https://oldbrookville.net) in advance of the hearing which can be accessed from the homepage of said site and then following the instructions.
