NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the provisions of Section 104 of the Public Officers Law that the Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Old Brookville, will hold a meeting Via ZOOM Application on Monday, March 29, 2021 at 6:30 pm.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before and by the Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Old Brookville, Nassau County, New York on Monday, March 29, 2021 at 6:30 p.m.
The hearing will be on whether to enact proposed Local Law A-2021, entitled “Property Tax Cap,” which will override the tax levy limit established in the General Municipal Law Section 3-c as it pertains to the Village of Old Brookville for the 2021/22 fiscal year.
Due to COVID-19 concerns, the public will only have virtual access to the meeting through the use of Zoom (Zoom ID: 819 9967 7992 Passcode: 981746), a platform which will enable residents to watch a livestream of the meeting on the platform or to call in and listen to the meeting in compliance with the Executive Order 202.1, as subsequently extended. Full access details are listed below. A link to the hearing will also be posted on the Old Brookville website in advance of the hearing. Please note that although all interested persons will be given an opportunity to speak, all microphones will be muted until such time as the particular individual is authorized to speak. Anyone wishing to comment on the application, but who cannot join the Zoom meeting, can submit comments to Sandy Albro in advance of the hearing. Public comments received prior to the commencement of the public hearing will be made part of the public record.
